ideaWorks uses four assessments, each with specific
benefits and outcomes:
- Departmental Needs Inventory™ (DNI) is a 360
degree instrument that is administered on the internet and designed to allow managers, supervisors and others in leadership positions to better understand their strengths and development needs.
- The Profile Evaluation® is an attitude, aptitude and personality assessment.
- The 4D-I® measures the preferences an individual has in the areas of creativity, understanding, decision making and personal spirit.
- The StressMap® pinpoints strengths and vulnerabilities, detects burnout zones and helps chart new strategies for enhancing personal health and overall performance.
