The Profile Evaluation® system (PES) combines cognitive and personality scales in a normative instrument to provide a well-rounded, comprehensive description of an individual’s aptitudes and personality. This enables management to select the right individual for the right role.
The PES predicts how an individual may perform in a given role by comparing that individual’s profile results to a normative pattern that can be developed for a specific position at a specific organization.
The Profile Evaluation® characterizes individuals on a number of psychological traits that are important for job performance. It measures:
| Mental Alertness | Nervous Tension | Sociability |
| Vocabulary | Dominance | Naiveté |
| Business Terms | Character Strength | Emotional Maturity |
| Scanning Accuracy | Competitiveness | Motivation |
| Memory Recall | Work Habits | Distortion |
| Mechanical Interest | Stamina | Equivocation |
The computerized reports include coaching parameters and training analysis and/or hiring questions. Given its comprehensive information, the PES is also used in coaching to improve performance, succession planning to reveal potential, and in choosing collaborative teams and team leaders.
